How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Call us for a custom quote! We work extensively with wholesale and business customers. Local customers also have the option for walk-in consultations, and designated salespeople.

Payment and Shipping

We accept all major forms of payment . Walk-in customers can pay by cash or check. For wholesale and business customers, please contact your designated salesperson. 

 
 
Shipping and Returns Orders

 

If you need to cancel or change any shipping information about your order, please call us at 972.488.8338 or email us at info@momoboba.com within 12 hours of the time you place your order. We do not accept any requests after orders have been shipping. 

Cancellations will be issued in the form with which your payment was made. Returns will be issued as store credit. A confirmation will be sent after your refund is issued. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your transaction.

For customized items or equipment, contact your designated salesperson or email us at info@momoboba.com.

Shipping

 

We currently serve the Greater North Texas and Oklahoma area. Customers are always welcome to pick-up their order directly from our warehouse. Wholesale and business customers have the option of picking up in person, or free delivery for orders greater than $350. Our fleet of dedicated drivers ensures that your order is packed and delivered with care. If you require an alternative form of delivery, please contact us. 

Damaged/Defective Products

We handle and pack every product with care before delivery. However, if you do receive a damaged product, please call us at 972.488.8338 or email us at info@momoboba.com. We accept returns of damaged or defective products within 24 hours of receipt. 

Return

We only accept return items that are unopened and unused in the original packaging. To submit a return request, call us at 972.488.8338 or email us at info@momoboba.com
